Construction of the Humic Acids Installation

Scope of works

  • Construction of a complete technological installation including process piping, tanks, mixers and reactors along with devices ensuring process transfer
  • Construction of heating, cooling and dosing systems
  • Technological integration of devices and systems, both self-delivered and those provided by the Investor
  • Construction of inter-departmental media connections: steam, demineralized water, compressed air, nitrogen and electricity supply
  • Construction of a complete electrical installation of the production department, which includes a set of cable routes and cabling, main switchboard, facility sub-switchboards, concealed electrical installations, lighting, power supply for machines and packages, and lightning protection and grounding installation
  • Construction of a complete process control system, which includes control and measurement equipment, PLC controller software, control panels, communication with investor's packages, cabling and cable routes;
  • Development of SCADA software with a server and operator station ensuring visualization of the entire process, the ability to control it, registration of process parameters and generation of reports;
  • Preparation of complete as-built documentation.
